• Methodological work in statistical bioinformatics: Gene set tests, covariance structures, integration of multiple data sources
• Applied work: Identification of transcriptional regulatory units in expression data sets of UMG's Heart Research Center on in vitro development of cardiomyocytes, as well as on pre- vs afterload
• Mapping, filtering and statistical validation of protein-protein interaction networks
• I am also partly active in pure mathematics: Computation of equivariant K-homology of Bianchi groups for non-trivial class groups
